Q: What are nanobubbles?

A nanobubble is a bubble of any gas in water that is < 200nm in diameter. This extremely small size gives nanobubbles several unique attributes, that can provide benefits for a range of applications, especially in agriculture and horticulture. Find out more here.

Q: Is the technology proven?
Yes. Nanobubble technology has been extensively used in hydroponic growing globally, delivering game-changing results. Nanobubble
Agritech has successfully expanded these benefits to soil-based, large-scale outdoor agriculture and horticulture. Supported by peer-reviewed studies and trials with partners like Massey University and commercial entities such as Cloudy Bay Vineyards and Redland
Premium Fruit, we have demonstrated consistent improvements in plant growth, yield, and profitability. Nanobubble systems have been successfully installed globally on orchard-based crops including: apples, almonds, cherries, avocado, citrus, table grapes, kiwifruit; and broadacre crops such as maize, rice, barley, wheat, ryegrass, clover, plantain. We are happy to provide trial results and access to independent research validating this innovative technology.

Q: Do you service other industries?

Yes! Nanobubble technology is being applied in many different industries. Nanobubble Agritech's unique, patented systems are specifically designed to treat high water flow rates and volumes in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible. This makes our systems suited to a range of applications beyond agriculture and horticulture. We can provide nanobubble solutions for wastewater treatment, mining, aquaculture, industrial cleaning... the possibilities are limitless! Please get in touch if you are curious about whether your operations might benefit from nanobubble technology. .

Q: I don't live in Australia or New Zealand. Can you still help me?

Yes! We ship internationally, and can work with your irrigation team remotely to facilitate installation. We can also provide in-person installation if preferred, for a fee (this is based on location and installation complexity; get in touch to talk about your particular requirements with us).

EXPECTED BENEFITS & CROP RESPONSE

Q: What benefits can I expect to see?

Benefits depend on the crop grown, and your particular operations.

TECHNICAL & INTEGRATION

Q: How is the technology integrated into my irrigation system?

We seemlessly integrate

Q: What servicing is required?
Oxygen concentrators need annual compressor servicing, similar to typical workshop air compressors, which can be undertaken by either Nanobubble Agritech staff or local compressed air companies. Oxygen concentrator sieve bed material needs replacing every 5-10 years, which can be undertaken by Nanobubble Agritech staff. The nanobubble generators themselves do not require any servicing.

Q: How much additional power will the system require?
Unless additional pumping is required, we typically find additional power costs to be approximately 5-15% of farm pumping costs.
This is to power the oxygen concentrator.

Q: Once the system is installed, am I on my own?
Not at all. We provide ongoing customer support, including system servicing and in-country operational assistance. Our team is always available to ensure that your system continues to deliver optimal results.

HOW DO WE USE THEM?

We install our system into a farmer's existing irrigation set-up. This puts ultra high concentrations of oxygen in the farm irrigation water, which is then delivered to crops.

Nanobubble Agritech have partnered with Massey University to understand the impact of nanobubbles on plants. We found that our systems delivered:

- increased plant growth

- improved soil structure and soil health

- increased moisture retention in soil.

Essentially, Nanobubble Agritech systems can deliver greater production, with improved plant and soil health, without increasing water use or using chemicals.
